How does Shipping and Delivery work?
Orders are custom made and can take 3 to 5 business days to dispatch. You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order is on the way.
When ordering multiple items, we may ship different items from multiple locations depending on stock availability. This is to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
We use Australia Post and you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 8 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
You certainly can! All you need to do is email support@truckingoodapparel.com.au to organise your exchange. See our refund policy for all the details on returns and refunds.
How do I use my discount code?
Your discount code is used at checkout. When you go to the checkout page, you'll see a box that says "Discount Code" under your items. Enter your discount code in this box, hit apply and your discounted amount will be removed from your subtotal.
